"Was a nice agency to work with until it wasn’t. My renewal price was going up which I was ok with, when I called I was told it would be raised 11$ a month. That was fine. Fast forward and my bill was actually $36 more no where near 11$ more. When I called to voice my concern a lady named Melissa answered. Refused to let me get a word in and just kept trying to explain why it’s going up. When I told her the phone call I had previously had she brushed it off because ‘it was a sales guy who you were talking to, and they didn’t know where to look to tell you the whole price’ like it’s my fault you guys have sales people doing renewals. I wouldn’t go as far as to say they’re dishonest but absolutely refuses to take any responsibility for the mis communication which was 100% on their end. I wouldn’t recommend"

"When I called the agency I was connected with Jessica. She was very helpful in evaluating the current auto and home policies we had and pointed out some deficiencies in our coverage. "Chris and his team are exceptional! Chris has always been there when we have needed him. We have been a customer for several years. We have had auto claims and a house fire. "10 out of 10 recommend Chris not only did he reach out to me within hours of my online request. He made me feel like, family took care of me right away & even saved me money.
