"What happens when you call this state farm office? You actually get Jake from State Farm! This young man was not only super educated, but also incredibly patient. He had all the answers to my many questions; as well as, he didn’t have a problem repeating and explaining all of the info to me in a way that made sense. In a world where other insurance agencies dance around you, Jake was able to help. Bonus points because he was in fact wearing khaki pants."

"Review update....3/10/26 Cam did it again! Talk about exceptional customer service! Since he did such a great job with our auto insurance, we decided to inquire about Liability Insurance for our business. Once again, he went above and beyond to get the job done! I would give 10 stars if it were an option! 12/2025 I had the pleasure of working with Cam. He was pleasant, professional, and very patient! He was able to save me money on my auto insurance, even with adding an additional life insurance policy! I highly recommend!"

"Was a nice agency to work with until it wasn’t. My renewal price was going up which I was ok with, when I called I was told it would be raised 11$ a month. That was fine. Fast forward and my bill was actually $36 more no where near 11$ more. When I called to voice my concern a lady named Melissa answered. Refused to let me get a word in and just kept trying to explain why it’s going up. When I told her the phone call I had previously had she brushed it off because ‘it was a sales guy who you were talking to, and they didn’t know where to look to tell you the whole price’ like it’s my fault you guys have sales people doing renewals. I wouldn’t go as far as to say they’re dishonest but absolutely refuses to take any responsibility for the mis communication which was 100% on their end. I wouldn’t recommend"
